Shadow Daddy Ticket - Bookshelf Decoration

He steps out of the darkness, arms crossed, shadows curling at his feet, and somehow you already know he's going to be your favourite character. The Shadow Daddy ticket is an oversized, retro-style movie ticket bookshelf decoration for dark romantasy and fantasy readers, hand-finished right here at my workshop in the Netherlands.

✦ About This Ticket

Styled like a vintage cinema ticket with raised text, decorative tear-off sides, and skull and crossbones motifs balanced with small hearts, equal parts dangerous and devoted, just like the best shadow-wielding love interests always are. Your member title reads Shadow Babe along the side.

Made for readers whose TBR leans heavily toward shadow magic, complicated pasts, and men who could destroy entire kingdoms but choose to be unexpectedly gentle with the one person who matters. If your romantasy shelf has a brooding, powerful, morally grey recurring theme: this ticket was made for it.

Designed by TheForbiddenNerd. Printed, finished and shipped by Hand of Stardust.

✦ Finish and care

Living with a print

Layer lines, honestly

It's a print, so it reads like one up close. Seams get sanded, supports get cleaned off, nothing gets filled in to fake a moulded look.

Keep it out of hot cars

PLA starts to soften around 50 °C. A sunny windowsill is fine: a parked car in August is not.

Dusting

Dry brush or a soft cloth. If it needs more than that, lukewarm water and patience: no solvents.
