Kindle Gremlin Ticket - Bookshelf Decoration

One more chapter. Just one more. (It's 3am and the Kindle is at 4% and honestly that's a tomorrow problem.) The Kindle Gremlin ticket is an oversized, retro-style movie ticket bookshelf decoration for readers who treat their device like a life support system, hand-finished right here at my workshop in the Netherlands.

✦ About This Ticket

Styled like a vintage cinema ticket with raised text, decorative tear-off sides, and hearts and a watchful eye motif: because the Kindle Gremlin sees all, reads all, and sleeps never (willingly, at least). Your member title reads Ebook Addict along the side, which is just an accurate description, not a diagnosis.

Made for readers whose digital library has completely spiralled out of any reasonable control, whose TBR is longer than their life expectancy, and who consider a charged Kindle and a free evening to be a genuinely perfect combination. This ticket is your spirit animal in bookshelf decoration form.

✦ Finish and care

Living with a print

Layer lines, honestly

It's a print, so it reads like one up close. Seams get sanded, supports get cleaned off, nothing gets filled in to fake a moulded look.

Keep it out of hot cars

PLA starts to soften around 50 °C. A sunny windowsill is fine: a parked car in August is not.

Dusting

Dry brush or a soft cloth. If it needs more than that, lukewarm water and patience: no solvents.
