€14,99 Taxes included · shipping at checkout

Where it all began, long before Silph Co., long before Poké Marts, there was the Hisui Poké Ball (and honestly, it holds up beautifully). This hand-finished 3D printed collectible is based on the handcrafted Poké Ball from Pokémon Legends: Arceus, printed in its authentic wooden-era colours right here at my workshop in the Netherlands.

Dimensions fully assembled: approximately 12 × 12 × 12 cm (L × W × H)
Designed by N3D. Printed, finished and shipped by Hand of Stardust.
Photos shown are of the fully finished Stardust Finish variant!

✦ Trivia

The First Poké Ball Design

The Hisui Poké Ball represents the earliest known capture technology in the Pokémon world, crafted from Apricorns and Tumblestone. Its distinctly wooden, mechanical look stands in wonderful contrast to the sleek metal designs of modern regions.

Steam-Powered Capture

Instead of the familiar flash of light, Hisui Balls release a puff of steam when a Pokémon is caught: one of many small details that made Pokémon Legends: Arceus feel like a genuinely different world.

A Different Throwing Style

In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, trainers rely on aimed throws and real-time movement, making the Hisui Ball feel more like a tool of skill and precision rather than a simple point-and-click capture method.

A Bridge Between Eras

Though primitive by modern standards, the Hisui Poké Ball laid the groundwork for all future designs. Its split-wood shell, metal latch, and rope-tied hinge are direct ancestors of the sleek Poké Balls used in contemporary regions.

Building the Hisui set? Its handcrafted upgrade, the Hisui Great Ball, is right here.

✦ Finish and care

Living with a print

Layer lines, honestly

It's a print, so it reads like one up close. Seams get sanded, supports get cleaned off, nothing gets filled in to fake a moulded look.

Keep it out of hot cars

PLA starts to soften around 50 °C. A sunny windowsill is fine: a parked car in August is not.

Dusting

Dry brush or a soft cloth. If it needs more than that, lukewarm water and patience: no solvents.
