The first five: Fourth Wing Bookmark Set 1 has arrived - Hand of Stardust

A new set of bookmarks inspired by the Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros has joined the Hand of Stardust store! Five designs, all featuring bold dragon-rider iconography in a collectible-card style frame, printed in a striking combination of silk gold, black, and white PLA.

The designs come from the talented C3D, who created a full series of ten Fourth Wing-inspired bookmarks across two sets. Their designs are available through their Patreon, so if you like what you see here, I'd definitely recommend checking them out and subscribing: there's a lot more where these came from!

This first collection contains five designs:

  • Reader's Vision — an open book held in waiting hands, with a dragon and her rider banking through the clouds above. The moment the story stops being a story and starts being a place you live.
  • Fly or Die — three words, no softening. The Riders Quadrant's entire orientation pamphlet, printed in bold black on clean white with silk gold edging.
  • Dragon and Dagger — the dragon-and-blade silhouette every romantasy reader recognises on sight. Stark, simple, instantly readable from across a room.
  • A Violent Little Thing — one of the most quoted lines in the series, printed on a deep black base with silk gold clouds rolling in at the corners. If you flinched a little reading that, you already know which scene.
  • Light in the Darkest Moments — the quiet promise you carry through the hardest chapters. The gentler one in the set, a contrast to the daggers and the dragon-fire.

Each bookmark is printed and finished individually by hand here in my studio in the Netherlands. They're available separately, or as a complete Set 1 bundle (which also makes a really lovely gift for any Empyrean series reader in your life.)

Set 2 is also in the shop with the next five designs in C3D's series. Together they make up the full ten-bookmark collection, all sharing the same aesthetic. Follow me on Instagram (@handofstardust) for everything that comes next!
