Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship from the Netherlands. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.
- Netherlands: 1–4 business days
- European Union: 4–8 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–24 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment online.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged by your local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at russ@handofstardust.eu. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
